Wheel Simulators

Does anyone know if wheel simulators will fit over my alloy wheels? I have original 16" alloys on my truck that are all tarnished. I think on the rear I can just put the steelies on the outside and the simulators will fit over those, but I don't know about the fronts?

Thanks!

How about having those 2 wheels refinished? Last I checked it was under $100/wheel.

Wow. That sounds cheap...probably a good idea to do.

I guess I was just looking for a quick fix..
