Where to buy HPOP?

Wanting to put a 99-03 HPOP in my 96 Powerstroke. Where is the best place to buy one new or reman for the best price? What other parts are needed for the install? Thanks.

You might try Joey at www.TerminatorEngineering.com . He buys them brand new to build his dual pump kits. I dont know if he sells them as singles tho. From what I gather, he has a hard time getting them himself, so wouldnt suprise me if Beans cant get them either.
