will this fit???

I have a chance to get a used 4" cat back with duals out of the muffler... it is out of 99 f350 7.3 crewcab short bed... I have a 97 f250 7.3 supercab long bed...can I get it to fit, some mods wouldn't bother me ... for $350 is it worth it?

Thanks to all of you... thedieselstop has been a great help.

For that price you could get a turbo back 4" with 3" downpipe for only a few bucks more. If you have to do a bunch of modding to make it fit then i wouldn't pay that much. You will be at the price of the new exhaust by the time you are done buying parts to mod it and hang it.
