97 and down wheels are 8 on 6.5" bolt pattern
99+ SD wheels are 8 on 170mm bolt pattern

A 96 Superduty has 10 hole wheels. Are you needing a complete set of wheels or just a spare? I have one new wheel and tire.

Also, 99+ wheels are hub-centric(flat lug nut), the OBS wheels are lug-centric(cone-style lug nut).

Nope, even the 99+ duallies have the 170mm bolt pattern and yours has 8.5" bolt circle

And I belive that the 05 and 06 Super Dutys are 8 on 200mm.

I think I read on here the other day that 05/06 dually wheels will fit on 97 and earlier trucks???

Let me clarify this,
The only BOLT Pattern Change that occurs on the 05 and 06 Trucks are on the Duallys, they changed to 8x200mm and they have a bigger hub bore also.
The Single Wheel Truck STILL has the 8x170mm pattern.
