ZF-5 2WD to 4WD Conversion Parts List

I know it's possible to take the tailshaft from a 4x4 ZF-5 and put it on a 2WD transmission. Since my 4x4 core is no good (hole in front of case from bearing explosion) I'd like to pull the proper parts off that I'd need to convert a 2WD trans to 4WD. Can anyone tell me specifically what I need besides the outer tailshaft pice? I suspect there are several internal parts inside that may need to be saved as well.

I don't think there will be much salvageable from the front 1/2 but if someone needs something then PM me. It's a ZF-42. I plan to pull it apart out of curiousity when time permits.
