Do a search on here for cavatation, i hope i spelled it right, if not somebody will correct me. How steep, how much weight, and how fast do you need to go? These things aren't speed demons, but they'll get the job done. You can stick a turbo on it and then you'll be good to go. The chances are decent that it doesn't have 130k on it either. You might still have a 6.9, you'd be good on cavatation, but they tend to go through head gaskets some. The injection pump and injectors usually get replaced every 100k-150k miles.
