i ran across 90 f250. IT HAS BEEN SETTING THE DRIVEWAY FOR 4YEAR THAT I HAVE NOTICED. THE HAS NOT BEEN RUNNING. THE OWERN SAID THE IP WAS BAD AND HAD IT REBLIUT FOR $250.00???? THAT SOUNDS TO CHEAP!! IT HAS RUN AFTER THE IP WAS INSTALL. THE CLOCK SHOWS 178963 MILES. ITS BEEN LIVING IN THE ROAD SALT OF NY ALL OF ITS LIFE, BUT THE PANELS ARE BETTER THAN THE CURRENT RIDE. IT WOULD BE A TOSS UP ON WITCH WOULD BE THE PARTS TRUCK. WHAT'S IT WORTH? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

If it's been sitting for four years owner is probably not going to fix it. A rusty 1990 that doesn't run isn't worth more than a thousand, depending on condition of tires and a few other usable parts. Hopefully five to six hundred should get it bought.

My buddy here in Houston just bought a 1991 F250 2wd that had been sitting for $500. Metal in good condition. Motor would not run. Had water in oil. We put new gaskets on oil cooler and fresh oil/filter change and now running. May turn out to be good ride for money.
