Changed all gp related items, wait to start light does not come on,but hear the gp cycling.changed the return lines, fuel filter and checked for leaks.spine motor 10 to 15 sec. 2 or 3 times see fuel smoke it finally starts but runs fast for a couple sec. Once started it starts fine until it,s cold. Will start on ether
Check the wiring and terminals on both ends of the wires that supply current to the controller. The terminal ends have been known to disintegrate and cause your problem.

Pardon me while I suggest this again, look at the terminals on both ends of the supply wires. Remove the nuts and inspect the terminals.

They start pulsing when the key turned on. Test light on gp shows the light on and off 1 sec intervals. Mabe I donot under stand why I should check the wires if they are getting power to gp with new gp.
For the third time, check terminals at both ends of the supply wires. What's the voltage at the supply side of the controller?

Not sure but wil check tomorrow, but the amp gauge swings while it pulses
When the amp gauge swings, it's your GP's drawing voltage while they try to heat up.
When you turn the key to run the first time in the morning, they should stay on for about 12-15 seconds BEFORE they start to cycle on and off. If they aren't doing that you need to CHECK THE TERMINALS at both ends of the supply wires and the ground from the controller to the block...
