I doubt there's a kit "per se". For the rear just get a set of factory 4x4 lift blocks. For the front you would need to match up a pair of stiffer (taller) coil springs and re-set the camber with a set of caster / camber bushings. For coils a set of tall ones for a 4x4 F150 should work.

i know fabtech does, i think it comes in a 4" or 6" lift. Check out their online catalog for specs, i was thinkin about the same when i was looking into some 19.5 wheels from rickson.

you can get web-address from any 4x4 mag then just go to each site and compare prices. Like the one listed above from 4wheeler that is a skyjacker lift they have about 10 others like superlift, pro-comp, tuff-country, you have to go to each and find if they have what you want.
