1994 Ford F-250 - Running lamps recently stopped working

I recently lost my running lamps (and license plate light), but all other exterior lighting is working fine?

I have heard that there may be a "running light" chip in the circuit, is this true? If so, how do you test it.

Otherwise, tips for diagnosis and repairing much appreciated.

Canadian vehicles have a daytime running light module to the right of the horn.

See my gallery for fuse box and power distribution box layouts.
