Re: 7.3 cylinder head bolts?

I got em. The new ones are not TTY, they are normal. Comparing to the originals, they either were TTY like I thought, or REALLY flimzy pieces or junk. The new ones are not stepped down and the threads are only a **** hair larger than the bolt shank while the originals clearly necked down between the head and threads, indicating TTY. Anyways, these new one look nice and stout. Sure, not as good as studs, I know, but for a stock engine, perfectly fine in my eyes, and ALOT cheaper. $110 for a full set (technically 2 sets, one per head), my cost through my buddies machine shop. Anyways, they are boxed as Victor Reinz part# GS33348 and the instruction sheet says Dana part# 216-7098. You'll need 2 boxes, one per head. So there you go, a new source for head bolts.
