7.3L IDI: Ford vs IH truck 'version'

I'm sure this has been asked by many..... so, I apologize if I'm the bazzillonth person to ask.

The 7.3L IDIs that were installed into International trucks, how different are they from the ones installed into the Ford's? Obviously, the accessories were different, I heard the water pump was different, but aside from those, what was the HP rating and their durability? I saw someone advertising an IH 7.3L IDI out of a bus (IH chassis) and got me wondering......

Has anyone put a 7.3L IDI that was originally in an IH truck into their Ford? Is the basic stripped down engine the same thing??? Or are there 'obvious' differences that would not allow it to be installed?

different exhaust manifolds too, the passenger-side one has the exit on the front bottom end, looks much like an F-series truck driver-side manifold just put on the passenger side. I was actually thinking of robbing the exhaust system off an International truck, as they usually have dual 2.5" piping from the manifolds to the muffler, then a single 4" from the muffler back...

Ah, so it's relatively minor issues that could be resolved with exchange of the 'accessories'. So the bell housing is the same then??? Or is the truck ones using some kind of SAE housing?

Oil cooler is different too. Also on a bus the injection pump would generally be goverend down to about 2700-2800 rpm tops in most cases , I would imagine there is a difference in the injectors to match the torque curve of the pump.

You would see LESS power out of a truck / bus motor since the rev limiter is set much lower. The IDI V8's were the "economy" engines in Internationals, and were just enough to get the job done.
