88 f450 running issues

I have a 1988 f450
I am having major running issues after warming up
the truck runs great for about 45 minutes
after that it starts to lose power and spit and sputter
exceesive white smoke , especially on deacceleration
pedal becomes very jerky
I have replaced the fuel filter , fuel transfer valve , fuel pump and drained and cleaned both tanks.
Any suggestions
thanks in advance

Does it start right up when hot? If not, try either pouring a quart or 2 of engine oil in the fuel tank or pouring lukewarm water over the injector pump. A worn pump can cause issues like you're having, the engine oil increases the fuel's viscosity and the lukewarm water will tighten up a loose pump enough to verify the problem.

Check your fuel hose from the tank to the lift pump. I had one that would run great until the fuel hose near the exhaust heated up. Once the hose warmed up and softened, the lift pump would suck it flat under heavy loads. I replaced it for a couple bucks and it ran fine after that.

X2. Mine did the same but I was running veg blends at the time. I swapped to an electric pump but a new hose would have fixed the problem.
