91 ford f 250 7.3 will not start

I don`t know why but I started the truck five or six times fine ran fine, turn it off ran in the house to get something came out mabie three mins, turns over fine but will not even try to start,I unhooked the line from the filter to IP and have fuel but not really alot,I have removed the lift pump and put in a elec pump awile back,so with the elec pump if I unhook that line should the fuel be stroung coming out of there or just a light stream? as it don`t seem to be really pushed,I did brake a inj and turned it over no fuel, the IP is acouple mths old from Ford, also there is no smoke from tail pipe,I don`t know I am really getting turned off with diesel. If anyone can help I Thank you well I thank you anyway,Bill

First thing I'd check is for an air leak in the return lines. Any of the T's wet from fuel?

no they are all new and everything is dry,I was wondering should the rubber hose that hooks the fuel line from the elec pump to the steal line that goes to the filter have a loop in it?? it seems I read that somewhere but been running fine for six mounths with no lope,

You would only need a loop if the line was kinking somehow. Check the wiring on the IP and ensure the right wires are on the right connectors...... Try running a direct 12V jumper to the FSS then do a start attempt. Check my gallery for the connector locations on the IP.
