93 F250 front end issues

I have a 93 F250 with a 4600 lbs front. I just did the ball joints and when i went to reinstall the axle shaft on the drivers side it goes in untill it hits the pin in the diff but the u-joint binds up on the lower ball joint. I am in a very hard spot here i cant figure any solutions out and none of my Ford buddies have any clue either. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

My guess is you were given the wrong ball joint.
There are a few or more different versions of these front axles on the F250.

PM me your email addy I will forward the Dana 50 manual to you..... the shaft should go through the hole no problem........ dont have the ball joint upside down ...
