93 swap ATS

I bought a 93 with a blown motor a nearly new E40d and an ATS turbo. I want to swap in my 7.3 from my 89 with a blown c-6.

I am in the process of pulling the engine out of the 93 and I can't see where one would disconnect the downpipe from the turbo. I think I have all other necessary things disconnected. Does anyone have assembly instructions for one of these aftermarket turbo kits?

This is the installation instructions for the 6.9/7.3 ATS wastegated turbo. It looks like the down pipe is held in place by a bracket that attaches to the passenger side "up pipe" where the "cross over" pipe is bolted on.
