I need to replace one of my front hubs on my '94 F250, dana 50, 4600lb, w/manual (Warn) hubs. The one the parts store gave me was too short and the diameter was two small. Does anyone have a part # for what I need? Also, just about everything in the hub was chewed up, I need to know what parts I need to put this back together. So far I have a new spinde, bearings, races, ans I have the locknut with the pin, the ring with holes that goes on next, and the outer lock nut. Am I missing a ring in between the first locknut and the bearing? Please help with a diagram or something.

It's not the Warn hub, it's the rotor hub, or whatever you want to call it, the hub that the rotor is attached to with the lug bolts. the warn is the only part I don't need to replace.

Its a shame it had to go the spendy route. Sounds like the hub they tried to give you was for a dana 44. You might try them again, just make sure that the person you are speaking with has some experience behind the parts counter, not some kid just punching keys. (Even though I am only 18, nothing makes me more aggravated than when the person behind the counter isn't willing to believe anything but the screen in front of them...)

To big for a 44, too small for mine, we looked in books, on their computer, It is a friend of mine who is the regional manager for this particular company, everything they showed was only 6 to 6.5 inches tall when standing, mine is 7-1/2" or so.

Hmm...
I'm running out of ideas, maybe someone else will chime in with something useful...

If your part is the same as his, have them look it up with the specs from his rig, maybe they can find it then.
