Any of them will work. Our engines don't even draw as much air as a 350Chevy when both are revved out...since they turn twice the RPMs they sweep more volume.
I'm not sure on the glowplug harness from Ford- but I believe mwfi.com has them. I made my own using standard bullet connectors, high temp 12ga. wire, and heatshrink. I ran an individual wire from the glow plug relay to each glowplug instead of soldering a clump together like the factory has it...
