Has anyone found a way to increase the air volume output for the AC blower? Mine is running correctly at all speeds, but has a long way to go to match todays trucks for output.

Pull the fan out and check for debris......there is a beter squirrel cage for the fans, not sure if it worth it........from a long time back post.
OK found the post you mentioned new ford part number for the cage with 12 more fins E97H-19D583 man i hope this fixes it I'm so tired of being cold in this truck.

Sounds pretty straight forward. Thanks. Will also check out the squrrell cage. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif[/img]BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, starting to get down to 59* in the mornings now! Only supposed to get up to mid 80's today. Need to get more heat flowing through the vents. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif[/img] How is the weather up your way?
