Which ATS parts for a 94 idi

I've read some of you guys have bought just the larger outlet housing and 3" downpipe from ATS for something like $280, the kit they have online is $540 and includes the turbine housing. I don't think I want the turbine housing, I just called ATS and the guy said the outlet housing is $270 (part # T730442oh) and the downpipe is $68.15 (Part # 73301-wg, that comes to $348, is the same parts you guys bought for your trucks, did they up the price?

Thanks,

-Rob

Rob,
Last summer I got all 3 from Ken at DPS for $495.00

IIRC, Ken would have sold me just the DP and elbow. $$ unknown 'cuz I decided to go for "broke".

Re: Which ATS parts for a 94 idi

Well, maybe I'll just get all three from DPS. What is DPS? How do I order from them or Ken or whoever?

Thanks,

-Rob

Re: Which ATS parts for a 94 idi

Thanks for the link, I just see a $600+ ATS exhaust kit on the DPS website, do I need to talk to someone in perticular when I call to get individual parts and not a whole kit? Is Ken a TDS member who works there? I'll call tomorrow when I am at home.

Thanks very much for the info,

-Rob

Re: Which ATS parts for a 94 idi

Hi, I'm thinking about doing this to my truck also. How much power increase does the turbine housing add versus just doing the outlet housing and down pipe.

Re: Which ATS parts for a 94 idi

I just talked to Ken today, He stopped by my lot this afternoon to give me a ride in a PSD that I sold him a couple of months back. He has done a little work to it since, WOW it moves!

He got hit by a snowmobile at 65 MPH last week, and has been moving a little slow, so if you don't hear from him, try calling back, He is in pretty good shape considering. I think he was out of work for a week or so.
