Needless to say, the batteries are dead. Do I need to charge each one individually or will connecting to one charge both? My charger has three settings - 2 Amp, 8 Amp or 12 Amp. Which should I use? I am hopeful I can start it in 6 or so hours. Reasonable? __________________ 1991 E-350 7.3L in Born Free Motorhome / Showroom.
