Bizzare!

Ok woke up this morning and the truck didnt want to fire cranked fine but no fire. my wts light cycled right but i could not hear my controller working ive replaced the controller and all the plugs i guess its time that i check all my gp's right? could this be voltage regulator related?

1991 F250 7.3l 200XXX extended cab long bed. 3.55's REDNECKED OUT!! 295/75/16 Bfg All Terrains 16 in billet rims. New front brake pads and rotors, rear shoes, glow plug controller, glow plugs, return line kit duralast batteries, mitubishi off set gear redution starter, altenator, valve cover seals, holley red pump,new injector pump, soon to be new injectors, new vacum pump. Removed soup bowl and drilled holes in air intake.

you might want to check the glow plug relay on the pax side fender well last time mine did that the relay was bad i want to say they are around 20.00 at auto zone

the glow plug relay is on the back of my block. If you mean the starter relay on the fender well that could be a possibility because the other day i had to touch the two prongs with a wrench to start it. after that though no problems ive replaced it before maybe ill do it again since it has a lifetime warranty!

Well didn't you say it cranked fine, just wouldn't start. Sounds to me like your starter relay is functioning.

Are you getting power to the fuel shut off solonoid on the injection pump with the ignition on? Is there any visible exhaust coming out of the tailpipe when cranking? If no exhaust, there is no fuel reaching the cylinders.

Wow, I took a look at some of those photos, looks like you could use an engine degreaser. As for not starting, definitely check the solenoid, if I remember correctly there is a switch on the bottom you can pull up real hard on, and if that makes it start after you pull it up, then you need to replace the solenoid, if not, try other things.
