Brake question...

It's time to do a brake job. Are there any upgrade options available?

1989 Ford F250XLT Lariat extended cab 4x4 w/ N/A 7.3L, C6, 120k miles, & FlexSteel seats. Stock right now, but have a used non-wastegated Banks Turbo sitting in the garage (trying to find the time to collect the parts and install it) [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img].

03/06 - Auto-RX done. Filter looked normal.
04/06 - Installed 100gal in bed tank for WVO.
11/06 - New rotors & pads

Heavy duty brake linings, far superior to cheapo parts store linings.

Check at www.rockauto.com look for "commercial", "fleet" or "towing" linings.

I like the OEM Ford or Wagner Thermo Quiet's, both serve me well when towing or not...... Ensure the drums and calipers are within specifications before/after resurfacing......if you need new get Moog parts, do not use Madeinchina.....

93 F250 7.3 IDI S/C XLT 4X4 E40D 3.55LS, Captains chairs, Tutone Mocha, Leer 48" Hiboy cap, FR & RR hitches, full DeeZee running boards. Factory ordered/delivered Jan 93 has 160K+, it's basically a stock truck with all the Ford options, just no disc player.
Toys: 26'Jayco FK TT, 18'Sylvan Pro Fish.
