I need to replace my cab mount bushings. I want rubber. I found "universal" bushings at broncograveyard.com. I do not have measurements of the o.e. bushings(or even the poly bushings) to decide if/how to make these work (mine are collapsed). Does anybody have these specs from either rubber or poly? I could work with measurements from either.
ps: National Parts Depot shows a rubber bushing set that's pretty cheap. But they are out of stock and have no eta of a next shipment.

Ford wants approx $420 for a set. LMC and BOTC are a little less.I'm trying to put in rubber (or soft like rubber) on a polyurethane budget. Which may not be possible. The truck is a 1 ton, it rides hard enough already. I'm pretty picky, can't tolerate vibrations(stock ride has a few, and I'm fine with that), squeaks or rattles. With poly bushings it's got to be worse (I'm guessing from reading other posts). Which will probably leave me quite unhappy and quite busy trying solve it all. Most of which, I would think harder ride = problems like cracked rad. core supports and things of that nature. To add more fun to it, it's a daily driver and I'm not off 2 days in a row. So when I work on it, I usually have 24hrs or less to get it back on the road.
