clutch safety switch

After changing out my master cluch cylinder my truck will not start.I pulled off the saftey switch and found the contacts were bad.I replaced the switch with a new one but truck still will not start.I tested new switch with ohm meter,when I push in cluch I get a closed ckt.I also jumpered wiring on wiring connector still no start. Is this ckt fused or have a relay ? should wiring connector have any voltage on it when starting. Thanks

The power from the clutch pedal position switch goes to the starter relay on the fender, try fuse J 20amp in the engine compartment and fuse 15 and 18 in the cab fuse box.
