I thought everyone would appreciate this little comedic interjection.
I bought my F250 about a month ago, up until then I was driving a little BMW 318iS. I've also always had 2wd half ton trucks since I was 16, just never a 4wd 3/4 ton diesel. Anyway, my wife has both coined the phrase and diagnosed me with DDD, Diesel Distortion Disorder. She has become quite amused by my inability to reconcile both my turning radius and the size of my truck with the size and orientation of parking lot spaces, and often has to call it to my attention that "Baby, your truck won't fit in here, I think you have DDD.".

HA, I think i have DDD, except my symptoms are reverse. When driving my VW golf (which is a diesel, maybe we should change the name to BATDD=Big Ass Truck DD)I always think the space is not big enough. And i hear from my wife, But where not in the truck...

Someone elses wife called it O.D.D. Obsessive Diesel Disorder. I made up a bumper sticker for O.D.D. but never sent it out to the guy. OkieGringo
Yep that's me. I've got O.D.D. My wife says that it's not as severe now that the weather is getting colder.
Send it my way and I'll wear it proudly.
