Ok guys here is one for ya. I have a leak coming from one of my injectors. It is leaking and the pump fitting and the injector fitting and the cylinder is not firing. I just put a new injector in and that didn't change anything. The pump is pumping because there is diesel spraying everywhere. could it be that I blew both line fittings at the same time? Kinda unlikely but not sure what else it could be. O by the way is a 7.3L IDI non turbo.

Did you put 2 NEW o-rings on the top of the injector? Lube the cap with Vaseline? Push cap down until it clicks all the way down? Did you perhaps cross-thread the nut, it is very easy to crossthread? OkieGringo
It started leaking before I touched it and I just had an injector laying around so I through it in to see if the top of the other one was bad. This one isn't leaking as bad but still leaking and I am not getting enough pressure to open it therfore its not firing the cylinder. Going to try and replace the line tomorrow. Is there any place to by the lines or do they all have to be made?

The cheapest for new line that I have heard about is $35.00 each , so you might want to go wrecking yard hunting. You might want to get the whole spyder while you're there. DO NOT BEND THE STEEL LINES, THEY BREAK/CRACK EASILY. The pressure coming out of a crack is around 1800-1900psi and WILL shoot diesel thru your skin/eyes and give you blood poisioning or worse, be very careful. OkieGringo

Well since I really don't have any goods yards around where else can I find them lines?

Well, around here when ya need a part off an older vehicle, we go mow our neighbor lawn . Ya never know what ya might find . As you might have figured by now, I don't have a link to where you could buy one. But hang in there, someone will come along after all the beer is gone . OkieGringo
Which line is it u need?
Those damned things, I had to replace 2 last week because i cross threaded one, and one nut was rusted to the line. I had a third leak, but I unscrewed the nut, and screwed it back on, n fixed itself! I have access to some used ones for 10 bucks a piece. Id go get it n ship it to ya But Id need a few bucks fer my time as the yard if 45 minutes from here! (or I have an extra if it happens to be the one u need) Also, If u decide to go new, check yer local stealership, and International stealership, but if u call International make sure u get the block serial number. I dont know why, but they wanted mine so I never got a price for new from them, but Ford wanted 61 and change just for one! But my local Stealerships, really rape ya!

I got tired of fooling with my lines and bought all 8 new from these people http://www.mwfi.com/Dieselpage.htm. It took a while becasue a couple are unusual to be replacing, and they had a hard time getting those, but they did and they fit perfectly. They also carry the line clamps in 2,3 or 4 line models. Do not put any diesel back together without the injection line clamps unless you want to do it again really quick.

If you replaced the leaking injector with one you had lying around, there is a very good chance it has some dirt in the nozzle and may be plugged. I always have used injectors checked before I put them in and about 70% of them do not have a spray pattern or are plugged. We are very careful when we change injectors, we blow off the top of the engine and as soon as the injector line is off we put a plastic cap over the injector and we still have a lot of shot injectors.

This was a brand new injector that I had in the glove box. Had all the caps on it and I was very careful when putting it in.
My next question is how the heck do you get to the fittings on the bottom of the injector pump? Its the very bottom one of course. Do they make a special wrench for that?

Beg, borrow or steal a 5/8" crowfoot wrench for that one, if your not removing all the others.

Crows foot did the trick. Got it all apart so tomorrow I can go and get a new line. After I get this thing all back together is there any kind of bleeding I need to do or will it be ok?
