my passenger side lower door hinge plastic thing that goes around the pin broke so the door sags and i have to lift it to shut the door how do i fix it?
You can get the little plastic thingy form Ford. It is an easy fix, but you will have to remove the offending hinge to replace it. I use a floor juck to hold the bottom of the door while removing the hinge.

New front brake pads and rotors, rear shoes, glow plug controller, glow plugs, return line kit duralast batteries, mitubishi off set gear redution starter, altenator, valve cover seals, holley red pump, new injector pump, soon to be new injectors, new vacum pump. Removed soup bowl and drilled holes in air intake.
I just cut the pins out and replaced them in place without removing the hinges this way I did not have to screw arround with re aligning the door. The new pin kit sells for about $5 at autozone in the HELP parts area. Prop the door up, cut the pins, remove pieces, install pin kit, done. My daughter and I did it in about an hour.
i dont live near an autozone but my local napa says they have pin kits but i will have to do some drilling would i have to do drilling with the autozone pin kit?

I agree No drilling just pins and clips. NAPA should have the same Kit that I used. Red package with white letters if I remember right says HELP on it.
I'm confussed everybody says not to remove the door but on mine thier was no way of driving out the brass bushings with the hinge in the way
I cut the pin in the hinge and pried the pieces apart the drove them out with a hammer. Next swing the door out from the truck and replace bushings swing door back and install pins.
Ok thats basically what I done but I just removed the clips on my pins and drove them out removed the door replaced bushings put it all back I guess what they mean when they say they didn't take the door off was they just didn't ubolt the hinges but they still removed the door far enough to replace bushings
aric--10-4 and i hope you lubed the bushings with a nice heavy oil--as thin oil doesnt like to stick to the bushings---
