does anybody know were I can purchase new door latches so I can get my door to seal better and stop ratteling. I am also looking for some new seal that go around my windows

There is a nylon bushing on the door "pegs" that the latch goes around. Those wear out once the doors start sagging from the weight being held by the pegs. You should be able to get the nylon bushings from the HELP! section of your auto parts store.
Also make sure that your doors are adjusted properly, and rebuild your door hinges if they are very loose. The door must close with the latch directly level with the peg. If your door "lifts up" when you close it, and "drops" when you open it, then the door is not adjusted properly.

my doors dont drop or lift they close perfectly they just rattle in and out it looks like the jaws that clamp on the door jam peg are all shinny and wore out

Look at the peg. If you see metal then the nylon bushing is completely missing and needs replaced. The latch would not be shiny unless it was metal on metal. Once you replace the nylon bushing I believe you will have no problems.
