DT444E vs. Powerstroke
Whats the difference between the two? Just curious.

the front attachments--and the whole top end--and i believe while back that someone said the heads wouldnt attach to the block????quitee a bit--and to trade the two--youd be in for a fun time--but i know that someone on this board did it--but can tell you who---

You're in the wrong forum. This is the mechanically injected 7.3L forum, you want the Powerstroke forum. The Powerstroke 7.3L is a completely different engine than the 7.3 IDI, save displacement size and bellhousing bolt pattern.

They are the same block, but Ford a different computer program,water pump,and fuel filter.
