E4OD to a ZF5 speed
I have an E4OD in my truck and would really like to add more power to it other than my turbo. I was looking at tuning up my pump, adding stage 1 injectors, propane, ect. but I don't trust my stock transmission(stock other than Banks Transcommand) just yet even though it was just rebuilt. I was going to drop in a big heavy expensive torque converter and do it right, but I've really been considering the 5 speed. I suppose the place to hang the clutch pedal and stuff is all there on my truck alredy, so just how hard is it to swap out? I think it will be worth it, but just how complicated is it? Just a thought for now, but I'm thinking more about it for a next winters project.
