Wait...so where was the powerstroke truck struck at? If you say it was behind the supercab, then that would mean the bed. If the bed was hit, then just unbolt the bed and swap them. ALOT easier than swapping motors. Pretty much any body work would be easier to do than trying to swap motors...because you'll wind up with body work anyways (i.e. the radiator supports are different, correct me if I'm wrong)...and engine mounts, crossmembers, transmission mounts, etc etc. The E4OD out of the IDI will not work for the powerstroke.
