Even Bigger Oil filter

The PSD guys can run a bigger filter than stock. We run their filer for a bigger than our stock. How about a 3 quart filter?...

02 X 4x4, 56K miles stock. Michelin LTX M/S 265/75R16LRE. 30MM Ford Sway Bar. DP Tuner 40T/80T/80E/120R. AIH delete, AFE Stage 2 PG7, MBRP 4" Turbo back, Coolant Filter, Baldwin Transfilter, lots of gauges, mag-hytec diff covers (front hits and is a waste of money) maybe some other stuff.

Needs springs or airbags or something.

Cool, but no way is that going to clear the front cross member on mine, the stock PSD just clears.

JPR is right. the PSD filter clears the front crossmeber by 3/4inch or so. to puyt it on you have to angle it in then spin it up. when tight it clears fine but with the extra alrge PSD filter the added hight would hit the cross member. might try one though, just to see what it'll do. if it wont go then I'll stick it on my dad's stroker...................Gibson

new rig: CUMMINS POWERED '95 F-350 XLT, crew cab, Blue & white, ZF5-speed, 4x4 with auto locking hubs, 4:10 gears, 283K miles, 3" DP to 5" exhaust, Auto Meter A-pillar 3-gauge pod with EGT, Water temp and oil pressure.

Fleetgaurd LF-691 eh? I might have to try one of those. My only concern is that the weight is starting to get out there. The seepage discounted in the one post is cause for concern.
