ok this program blender lets you create things in 3d on the computer. blender site
i am profecient in this program and i did my truck in it so if you would like to see what another paint color or those new rims would look like pm me
if you email me pics i can model the part and "install" it on the truck and send you pictures
id like pics of truck and new part if you mind so you know if it will match the rest of the truck
