Flickering Low beams......

Ive got low beams that flicker...actually turn off then on randomly.
I had other wiring done to driving lights and fog lights... these relays were clicking so i removed them but it still happens.
Perhaps a bad ground or something?
Did alternator power test and was getting 14.4 volts at 140 amps so im honing in on it.

help please or offer suggestions for places to check

thanks

Check the plug on the headlight switch. They are known to melt down. If the lights are going on and off it's a good bet there is a short somewhere since there is a circuit breaker built into the headlight switch.
