front seat fix

I read a post on someone else needing to fix the front seat but saw no responses that said how to do it. My truck was owned by a guy that weighed around 350 lbs and now the seat is almost in a reclining position. Need to find a way to tip the back forward again.

Re: front seat fix

Too bad your sooo far away from me. I just happen to have a graphite split back seat in great shape. It came in my 80K miles truck and I swapped to buckets. Shipping would be killer.

Re: front seat fix

Maybe not, I had a 40/20/40 seat shipped from OK to spokane WA and it cost about $85. That had all the brackets and rails, it had to weigh a lot more that your seat I would think. It came out of a 2000 truck.

Re: front seat fix

Seekers did you have the seat sent via LTL? I'd like to find a bench for my truck also. Free is a great price, I'd definetly be willing to spend $100 for shipping on a free bench seat.
