Glow Plug wiring harness - Diesel Forum

Does anyone know of a company that makes new glow plug harnesses? I tried my local Ford dealer and they said it was no longer available, tried a local salvage yard and they said no (I think got a hold of someone that didn't care).
My last resort is making my own and using the plug.
Thanks for any info.

It's a IH part not Ford.....so check local IH by using the SD #.

Don't feel bad, I have been advised many times by both sides it's the other guys product and we do not handle it.......

That's not a bad price at all considering it's a pretty special part.

I thought International didn't use the bullet plugs and the special controller? Was I wrong?

Sorry can't answer that one Mr R..... I do know there are a couple extra wires that can be removed if you open the loom.

I think it was ColLonewolf that got one and he posted about it.

The International harness is not exactly like the Ford one. I bought one when rebuilt my engine, thinking I would replace mine. It was different enough that I didn't use it. I'm keeping it for when mine gets really bad (glow plug connectors).
