Gonna miss the next mortgage payment but my transmission is working GREAT !
So I took my truck in today to have the fluid changed including TC and was telling the service company about my harsh shifting on occasion. A code check showed my MLPS was acting up ( we found corroded connections ) so I updated the MLPS to current standards. What an amazing difference in how it shifts now ! Just letting you all know I will have to skip this month's mortgage payment!!

Re: Gonna miss the next mortgage payment but my transmission is working GREAT !
Propane is all done and seems to be a noticable difference on the highway when I press the Go peddle. Took quite a bit of playing around to get the micro switch to turn on at the correct peddle point but I have it now turning on just before the tranny downshift, I also added a manual " push button " inside to activate the system at any throttle position and a small green LED to indicate when the propane flows. Currently I am using a BBQ tank but would like to update it in the future. In two weeks I am heading West to find some test mountains while pulling our fifth wheel. I've also added a Pyro gauge to keep things under control. Next project is a larger diameter exhast system.

Re: Gonna miss the next mortgage payment but my transmission is working GREAT !
What is the part # for that 'updated MLPS'. I've gotta order one before my meeting with jlmendoza next week. He has the MLPS setting tool. Thanks, Baja
Re: Gonna miss the next mortgage payment but my transmission is working GREAT !
The part # on my invoice is SW 5978 . But I don't think that is a stealership number probably an aftermarket supplier.
