I posted this before, but I went to guatemala for 14 days and had no access to a comp. and therefore couldnt keep up with it. I also cannot find it now due to teh speed at which things travel on this board. I also think that the thread was semi-inconclusive when I left...
Therefore, Where do I tap into for 3 pillar guages?
I ran two 14 ga wires up the column with splices off of them for the + and - posts of the guages. Also, under the dash the pyrometer relay's power (18 ga) is wired into these as well. Will this setup work ok? What do I tap into?
Also, on the elec fuel pump, which relay harness is the wire in? There is one un the firewall, the distributer behind the rad. overflow, and one on the D side fenderwell.
Sorry for having to ask again guys...

I'm not sure about this, so perhaps someone who knows more than I do will chime in. I would think you tap into the 20 amp fuse, but put a 10 amp fuse inline to your gauges. I think that would work. Tim
No, that would work fine. The only thing you need to remember is NEVER use a smaller gauge wire than what the fuse is rated at...
You can always use a wire rated above the fuse rating.
