I went to webshots, and he put a powerstroke intercooler on a banks turbo...just wanted to see what he used for the intake hat (the little piece that connects the discharge tube to the intake manifold)

89 F350 SRW Reg Cab 4X4, 3.55:1, ZF-5 w/ LUK single mass, added Banks sidewinder 12-06. So far so good. 17 mpg using B50 bio blend.
id use a plumbing fixture if it was me they make rubber hoses rated up to 15 psi plenty for a rad system withat overflow at 7 psi
just get 3 in to 3.5 in or waht ever you need its usualy like .25 to .5 thick
