Looks like all they do is fill in the gap left by worn out rubber bushings. I would think if your going to the trouble of installing those then why not replace the whole bushing, since the removal/install procedure would be the same.........

They go between the washer and the nut. BTW they did not seem to indicate they were for worn bushings.

Re: Has anyone tried: Radius Arm Bushing Tensioner?

It doesn't go between the washer and nut, it goes BEHIND the washer and nut. Basically, they are selling you a pair of painted washers.

From appearances, it is just a washer with a hole the same size as the bushings, to compress them tighter.

The factory washer bottoms out against a step on the radius arm, this washer has a larger hole to go over the step.

Better to install a pair of urethane bushings that won't deteriorate like the rubber ones and be done with it.
