90 model f-350 just replaced rad,heater core,water pump, etc and now the heater gets a lil warm but will not blow hot ? The heater hoses feel hot. Not sure what to check

I drive an E series (a Van), I cut a flushing T into the heater hose coming from the water pump to the heater. I open the cap when filling and when coolant comes out of the T, close it up and you are done.
