does the truck start ok.did you test the volts at the controller relay or at one of the wires going to the glow plugs.take one wire off of one of the glow plugs and hook up the (+) end of the volt meter and ground the (-) end.turn the key on and check the volts
yes i did test at relay, ill test at wire in the morning..hopefully the new gp's fixed my problem and she'll go first thing, without plugging it in haha

hmmm i had it working this morning 9v at gp connector then this after noon nohting no volts at the other side of the relay...but 12 on the hot side...i can hear it click when i push the button for my manual plugs, but no drop in voltage on my stock meter and no volts show up on my voltmeter either.. i assume relay ???

it was the relay, the controller is shot 2 but i just hooked up a manual switch, until i can afford a new controller, then ill set up a manual and the stock system
