how to wire up pushbutton on the 7.3 GP system?

like it says, how to do it. is it possible with the setup, or do i need to replaced the timer with just a normal solinoid?

i did it on my 83, but i know my system is different then the SS setup.

The terminal that you need to hook to is the small terminal on the passenger side of the relay, the one with the white wire. Run a wire from that terminal, through a pushbutton switch, and to ground.

Re: how to wire up pushbutton on the 7.3 GP system?

The 2 small terminals are hot and ground. The hot is switched by the ignition, the ground is switched by the controller.
