I Need a Trans. Rear Seal!!!

Hello All.
The ol battle wagon is running well, but my rear seal on the transmission is leaking. I bought a replacement but its the wrong size. I tried another parts store and was given the same wrong seal. The incorrect parts keep having a 7300 part number, and are smaller than the ones I need. The replacement seals wont even slide over the yoke. The old seal I took out is marked Singapore UHO911E. Its an 8600 GVW, one piece drive shaft. E4od. I also need a good part number for the rear U joint. Has any one had the same problems getting the right seal?

Re: I Need a Trans. Rear Seal!!!

If memory serves me there is no seal on the rear of the E40D 4x4 extension assembly. The transfer case has the seal......

There is no seal shown on the E40D parts pic.......

Would you be talking about the transfer case by any chance....

Re: I Need a Trans. Rear Seal!!!

I needed to get the number off the yoke - there are several different seals depending on the configuration. There's a tag down there, if memory serves.
