Idler pulley threads

Appears my idler pulley started coming loose and i caught it before it did. It looks like the loose bolt along with belt tension may have stripped out the housing threads. I recall this being covered in past threads but the archives search does not seem to be working. Anyone have details as to what can be done with possibly repairing the housing threads.

It's aluminum. As cramped as it is to get the bolt on when not broken, I think it will be a chore to remove/repair. However, that may be the best option.
