Hello, I've had two leaks on mine, one was from the allen screw that sits in a nut uppermost on the back of the pump, just had to tighten the nut. The other one was from bad orings on the throttle shaft, took the shaft to a local rebuilder who replaced them for $2. (My shaft was also bent, very strange, guess that will initiate premature leaks in the future)

There is also a possibility that leaks could come from the plunger on the lower side on the pump, there is an oring in there too, the big nut there might be replaced. If fuel comes out of the escape hole underneath, the inside main shaft seal is bad, that will require a rebuild, the others can be fixed by yourself, keep environment clean! See my gallery for some pics of my IP when I replaced the throttle shaft orings. Got some more info on that also I can send you.

Do not know about any online IP part dealers, sorry...
First find outh where the leak is; dry off good with a cloth, start up and feel around with your fingers until you get them wet somewhere...
