Where would the rebuild tag on a jasper 7.3 be located on an engine. Can you take a number off the rebuild tag, contact jasper and find out if the motor was sleeved on all cylinders. Also would the tag indicate if the motor was a drop in or long block? Thanks, Remote

Standing at the rear of the engine, on the left side to the rear of the oil filter there should be a red sticker with white numbers. This is a 6 digit production number. If this is an engine that has been purchased since March of this year this number will also be on a label on the valve cover.
That production number will tell us anything you want to know about the engine.
