K&N Filter Separating

I have a K&N conical filter on my truck as part of the Banks turbo intake. The filter is separating beneath/adjacent to the clamp that holds it to the turbo intake.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm trying to get Banks to warranty replace the filter. Does anyone have the filter model number, by chance, just in case I need to order a replacement?

Also, is there a paper conical filter available? Might be better just to get cheapy paper filters and use them... certainly would get the truck back on the road while waiting for a new K&N.
