Ok I have a really dumb question. When my truck gets hot around 200F. I start hearing a loud thud that sounds like it is coming from the exhaust. Any ideas what it could be causing it. I recently put new 3" single exhaust with a turbo muffler on it.

Did you torque the "muffler bearing" to the correct specs? Richard Cranium Sorry, I just couldn't help it.
Is this noise happening standing still or driving.....

Sounds like a possible conflict between new exhaust system and frame/body....... could be a bad engine mount allowing noise when engine torqueing up......
